| April 23, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. | Deadline to return voted absentee ballots to the Department's New Castle County Office in order for them to be counted. |
| April 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. | Certification of the Referendum at the New Castle County Office Warehouse and Training Center |
| April 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. | Audits of the ballots cast at one randomly selected voting machine and one randomly selected polling place used in the Referendum. |

- Delaware driver's license
- Delaware ID card
- Work ID card with photo and home address
- U. S. postal material with street address
