Summary

On December 27, 2023 the Department of Elections releasaed a major website update. The new site reflects the State's Common Look & Feel guidelines and includes a number of accessibility enhancements. On January 10, 2024 the Department of Elections began bi-weekly scans of the Department of Elections website to measure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.1. Since that time, thousands of findings have been identified and updated. The Department of Elections would like to acknowledge the feedback and assistance of the Government Information Center, the Department of Technology & Information, various advocacy groups, and the general public. Your feedback and collaboration is an important part of our efforts to enhance the accessibility of this website. The bi-weekly scan results and ongoing accessibility enhancements will be summarized in the list of changes found below.
