Campaign Finance Reporting Notice

PLEASE NOTE: The 2022 8-Day General Election Campaign Finance Report for the Sokola for Senate committee is viewable by searching the Committee Name. The report appears under the “Documents/Correspondence” heading. The issue was not in any way the fault of the committee, which was timely in meeting its reporting requirements and was prepared to submit the completed report by the deadline. The department is working as quickly as possible to resolve the underlying issue.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2022 General Election 30-Day campaign finance report for the Friends of Sarah McBride committee is viewable by searching the Committee Name (but is not yet available by searching under the “View Filed Reports” tab). The report appears under the “Documents/Correspondence” heading. This is due to a technical issue with the campaign finance reporting system, and was not in any way the fault of the committee, which prepared and filed its complete report with the Department of Elections in a timely manner. Please also note that the committee filed its 2022 General Election 8-Day campaign finance report electronically. Due to the technical issue the committee encountered when attempting to file its 2022 General Election 30-Day Report, the Department authorized the committee to aggregate contributions and expenditures on the 8-Day Report. The Department is working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and permit electronic filing of both reports. The Department wishes to reiterate that the committee has been fully compliant in meeting all reporting requirements, and had worked closely with the Department to ensure full disclosure of all campaign contributions and expenditures in compliance with the provisions of Delaware Code.
