March 14, 2025 at 12 Noon Last time the Department is permitted to issue absentee ballots for the Smyrna School District referendum
March 15, 2025 Smyrna School Referendum. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.
March 15, 2025 at 8 p.m. Deadline to return voted absentee ballots to the Department's Kent County Office in order for them to be counted.
March 17, 2025 at 10 a.m. Certification of the referendum at the Department's Kent County Office.
March 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. Audit of the ballots cast on one randomly selected voting machine used in the Referendum.
March 18, 2025 at 1 p.m. Audit of the ballots cast at one randomly selected polling place used in the Referendum.
