Accessible Voting using the ExpressVote XL Voting Machine
Delaware's ES&S ExpressVote XL voting machine is fully ADA compliant and equipped with an audio–tactile keypad with braille legends, called a Universal Voting Console (UVC). Election Day Assistance
The State of Delaware provides handicapped accessible polling places and voting machines. Voters who need assistance can inform the Election Officers at the polls. Voters with disabilities may bring someone with them to help in the voting process.
Voters are asked to immediately contact the Department of Elections if they experience any issue with accessibility at the voting location or voting process. You may contact the Department of Elections in your county of residence for immediate assistance. Please see the list of Department offices and contact information.
