April 22, 2023 at 8 p.m. Deadline to return voted absentee ballots to the Department's Kent County Office in order for them to be counted.
April 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Certification of the referendum at the Department's Kent County Office.
April 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Audit of the ballots cast on one randomly selected voting machine used in the Referendum.
April 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Audit of the ballots cast at one randomly selected polling place used in the Referendum.
