Absentee COVID-19 Update
PLEASE NOTE: During the current State of Emergency, voters are permitted to vote by absentee for the reason: "I am sick, or physically disabled" if they are impacted by COVID-19.This includes those who are practicing self-quarantining or social distancing. This is reason #3 on the absentee ballot application.

All registered Democrats and Republicans have been mailed an absentee ballot application.
In-person voting will be available at a limited number of Polling Places
NOTE: For this election, voters may vote in-person at any polling place in the voter’s county of residence.

- Option 1: Visit https://ivote.de.gov, lookup your record, and click on "Request an Absentee Ballot"
- Option 2: Download and complete the form then send it back to the Department's office in your county.
