PUBLIC INFORMATION
PUBLIC DEMONSTRATION OF VOTING SYSTEMS
Diebold, Hart Intercivic, and Democracy Systems have been invited by the State of Delaware
to demonstrate their products in response to our RFP for central count absentee systems and
electronic pollbooks. All demonstrations will be held at the Commissioner of Elections Office,
111 S. West St., Suite 10, Dover, DE. 19904.

- Central Count Absentee System: The Department of Elections has accepted the from Diebold.
- Electronic Pollbooks: Any action concerning the implementation of electronic books has been declined.

for February 3, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Office of the
Commissioner of Elections, 111 S. West Street, Suite 10, Dover, DE 19904. This is a mandatory meeting. If an offeror does not attend this meeting,
they shall be disqualified and shall not be considered for further evaluation. |
